All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. Please double-check your order details before hitting that "buy" button!
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Defective 🩹
Accidents happen during transit, and we want to make it right! We offer exchanges only for items that arrive broken or have a manufacturing defect.
How to start an exchange:

Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. 📸

Reach Out: Email us at crescentmoonlasers@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery.

The Swap: Once we verify the damage, we’ll get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
Important Notes ⚠️

We cannot offer exchanges for items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper handling after delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
